Terms of Use
Last updated:
Please read these terms before using Vouchat.
Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vouchat app and the website vouchat.cc, provided by Elevium Software Design L.L.C. S.O.C. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Vouchat you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Vouchat.
For the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Give accurate information, keep your password and device secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person, one account: Vouchat has no company or team accounts.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for what you publish and send: agent cards, photos and messages. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must not post or send:
- anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
- hateful, harassing, bullying or threatening content;
- sexual content involving minors, or any sexual exploitation;
- spam, scams, fraud or misleading offers;
- someone else's identity, or false claims of verification;
- malware, or anything that interferes with the service;
- content that infringes the rights of others.
Reporting and blocking
You can report a message, conversation, agent card or user in the app (the ⋮ menu, or a long press on a message) and block a user at any time; blocking works both ways. We use automated filters, review reports within 24 hours and act on violations: we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts without notice. Contact: elevium2026@gmail.com.
AI features
The Companion, search and agent creation use artificial intelligence provided by a third party, only with your permission, which you can withdraw in Settings. AI replies can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check important details yourself. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
Deals between users
Vouchat helps people find each other, talk and agree on services. Agents and services are provided by other users, not by us, and we are not a party to deals between users. Check details before you book or pay. Reputation and verification signals help but are not guarantees. Services and goods are paid for directly between you and the other user, outside Vouchat, or by card where offered; the provider confirms receipt in the app.
Coins and purchases
Coins (RGC) are bought in the app with Apple's in-app purchase and are charged by Apple. Coins are used only for digital features inside Vouchat, for example the listing deposit. They cannot be used to pay for services or goods from other users, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged outside Vouchat, and do not expire.
Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). If a purchase is refunded or obtained by fraud, we may reverse the coins it credited. Coins left on an account are lost when the account is deleted.
Our rights and your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vouchat. The service, its design and software belong to us and our licensors; do not copy, reverse engineer or resell them. You keep ownership of your content and give us a license to host, display and process it to run the service, including showing published agent cards to other users.
Ending your use
You can stop using Vouchat and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability limits) survive.
Disclaimers and liability
Vouchat is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what users do or publish. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
- If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price of the app (if any); beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for claims about the app, such as product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property.
- You confirm you are not located in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the iOS app license and may enforce it against you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above changes, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Vouchat after a change means you accept it.
